Sadly I cant log on to your website now, as it says cannot load this page. I have recently sent 3 files successfully one of 5Gb but now I cant use your excellent file transfer system

Hi Martin – sorry you’re running into that. Just to clarify: this page is a curated review on JKP.Agency, but the actual file-transfer service is SwissTransfer (by Infomaniak).

A couple quick things to try:

      • Open SwissTransfer directly here: swisstransfer.com (sometimes a cached link/page won’t load).
      • Try an incognito/private window or a different browser, and temporarily disable any ad-blocker/VPN.
      • If it still won’t load, it may be a temporary service/network issue – Infomaniak support should be able to help on their side.
